Production rulesThe terms that govern how the studio publishes, how you use the floor, and what to do if either of us gets it wrong.

Who these rules cover

These rules apply to every visitor of casinosstudiouk.com, every reader of our editorial content, and every click on an outbound scene that exits through our redirect layer. By using the site you confirm you have read these rules and accept them as the contract between you and the studio. If you do not accept them, the right action is to close the tab and not come back.

Audience and age

This site is published for UK residents aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly allow access from anyone below the age of eighteen, and we cooperate with the UK Gambling Commission, the Advertising Standards Authority, and every operator we feature in keeping minors out of gambling-adjacent content. If you suspect a minor is using the site, write to the compliance address and the desk will act within twenty-four working hours.

What the studio publishes

CasinosStudio publishes editorial coverage of UK-licensed casino and sportsbook operators. The coverage includes prose reviews, scoring breakdowns, side-by-side comparisons, news items, and a quarterly state-of-the-floor letter. None of this is financial advice, legal advice, or a recommendation tailored to your individual circumstances. Read it as journalism, not as a prescription.

Accuracy of bonus and promotional terms

Welcome offers and promotional terms quoted on the floor are believed accurate at the time of filing. Operators rewrite these packages frequently — sometimes more than once a month. The desk re-checks the headline figures every fortnight and the deep wagering math once a quarter. Despite that, the operator's own published terms are the authoritative source. Always read the operator's terms before you deposit, and treat any discrepancy between our numbers and theirs as their numbers winning.

Outbound links

Every link out of the studio opens directly in a new tab and forwards you to the operator's own site. There is no intermediate redirect page and no server-side session identifier. The destination remains the operator's own page. Any account you open is opened with them, not with us. Any money you deposit is held by them, not us. Any complaint about the operator should go to them first, and to the UK Gambling Commission if they fail to respond.

Commercial relationships

Outbound links on this site are commercial affiliate links. We earn commission when a reader signs up at a featured operator. We disclose this in the global footer, on the floor advisory grid, and inside every individual scene. The relationship is purely commercial — it does not give the operator any influence over our editorial position, scoring, takedown decisions, or the order in which scenes appear on the floor. We will publish a negative review of a current commercial partner if the facts warrant it.

What this site is not

  • Not a gambling operator. The studio does not hold any UKGC operating licence and does not process deposits or withdrawals.
  • Not a deposit broker, payments processor, or financial intermediary.
  • Not a tipster service, sports prediction service, or odds advisory.
  • Not a customer support channel for any of the operators we feature.
  • Not a place to play, win, or lose money.

Use of the studio

You may read the site freely. You may link to individual scenes. You may quote a sentence or two with credit. You may not scrape the studio for republication, embed our scoring tables on a competitor site, train language models on our content for commercial purposes without permission, or impersonate the studio in any commercial outreach. The text, scoring math, and editorial calls are ours. The brand marks of the operators we feature belong to them.

Takedown and rewrite policy

The desk may rewrite or remove a scene at any time without prior notice, particularly when a featured operator loses its UKGC licence, becomes subject to enforcement action, changes its bonus terms beyond what we last verified, or is observed to drift on payouts, support, or responsible-gambling tooling. When we remove a scene, we publish a public takedown note in the studio log with the reason.

No betting advice, no tips, no guarantees

Nothing on this site is betting advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of outcome. Gambling is entertainment that costs money. The cost is the price of the entertainment; the upside is uncertain and statistically capped. If you approach gambling looking for a way to make money, the studio respectfully suggests you have misunderstood the product. We urge you to set a deposit limit before playing, and to keep that limit at a level you can afford to lose without affecting your finances or relationships.

Self-exclusion and duty of care

Every operator on the floor is required by the UKGC to offer self-exclusion, deposit limits, time-outs, and reality checks. Use them. If those tools are not enough, you can self-exclude from every UK-licensed gambling site in a single step through GamStop. If you would like to talk to someone, the GamCare helpline is free, confidential and open twenty-four hours a day.

Limitation of liability

The studio publishes content in good faith. To the greatest extent permitted by law, CasinosStudio is not liable for losses incurred at any operator, for the accuracy of any operator's own representations, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these rules excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection law.

Disputes and governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising out of your use of the site fall to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Before any dispute is escalated, the studio asks that you write to the compliance address in good faith. The desk responds in writing within five working days.

Changes to these rules

The studio will revise these rules from time to time as the UK regulatory landscape changes. Material changes are flagged on the homepage and dated on this page. Continued use of the studio after a revision is taken as acceptance of the revised rules.
